PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

The Fall Event applies only to select in-stock jewelry and select made-to-order jewelry specifically displaying a promotional sale price.

An item is eligible only when the discounted price is visibly reflected on the product listing or expressly confirmed by JR Colombian Emeralds at the time of purchase.

The promotion does not automatically apply to every item within an eligible product category.

EXCLUSIONS

The following are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by JR Colombian Emeralds:

• Loose emeralds and loose gemstones
• Custom jewelry
• Bespoke design services
• Custom modifications or upgrades
• Special orders not included in the promotion
• Repair, restoration, resizing, appraisal, certification, or other service fees
• Shipping, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges

PROMOTIONAL PRICING

The promotional price shown on an eligible item represents the final promotional discount available under this event.

No additional 10% discount will be deducted at checkout.

The promotion may not be applied retroactively to purchases, deposits, orders, or agreements completed before the promotional price became available.

CUSTOMIZATION

Any customization requested for an eligible promotional item may result in additional charges.

Custom work, design changes, stone substitutions, metal changes, or other modifications are not discounted unless specifically confirmed in writing by JR Colombian Emeralds.

If a modification changes the item from a standard or made-to-order piece into a custom project, promotional eligibility may no longer apply.

COMBINING OFFERS

The Fall Event cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional offer, negotiated price, coupon, credit, or special pricing arrangement unless expressly approved in writing by JR Colombian Emeralds.

Only one promotional offer may be applied to an eligible purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Purchases made during the Fall Event remain subject to the standard JR Colombian Emeralds Refund and Exchange Policy, including all applicable eligibility requirements, exclusions, and time limits.

Participation in the promotion does not extend, replace, or modify our standard return or exchange policies.

AVAILABILITY

All promotional merchandise is subject to availability.

Placing an item in a shopping cart, requesting information, receiving a quote, or discussing an item with a representative does not reserve the item or guarantee promotional pricing unless payment or an approved deposit has been received and the order has been confirmed.

PRICING & ERRORS

JR Colombian Emeralds reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, technical, or listing errors at any time.

If an incorrect promotional price is displayed due to an error, JR Colombian Emeralds may cancel or adjust the affected transaction before fulfillment and will notify the purchaser when applicable.

DURATION

The Fall Event is available for a limited time only, both online and in-store, while eligible inventory remains available.

JR Colombian Emeralds reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.

FINAL ELIGIBILITY

JR Colombian Emeralds reserves the right to determine promotional eligibility and the applicability of these terms to any transaction.
