At JR Colombian Emeralds, every order is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped with the highest level of care to ensure safe delivery. All shipments are sent via FedEx only and require direct signature confirmation at delivery.

 

Processing Times
Shipping times vary depending on the type of item ordered:

In-Stock Items: Processed within 1–3 business days to complete quality control and adjustments such as ring sizing.

Made-to-Order Items: Processing times vary by piece. Estimated completion times are provided in the product description. Average completion time: 5-15 business days.

Custom Jewelry: Processing times are based on the individual project timeline discussed at the time of order. Average completion time: 4-8 weeks.

Complimentary FedEx shipping is provided for all orders within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Please note: Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories are considered international shipping destinations by our carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery lies with FedEx, the carrier. We provide tracking information for every shipment so clients can monitor the progress of their order. Please note that JR Colombian Emeralds does not insure packages directly, and we are not responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur while the package is in transit.

Any claims for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with FedEx by the client. While these situations are rare, we will gladly provide any necessary documentation to assist you in the claims process.
